I know you like pics. I don't recall ever seeing one before. It's a 1962 dodge custom 880 4 door hardtop. Only 17,505 units were produced in all forms in 62 and of those only 1,855 were 4 door hardtops
Some really cool body lines, and looks to be pretty solid.
Is it headed to your house?
it's already on a trailer ( not my trailer) and they are going to deliver once they get the title notarized. They had a death in the family on Friday so they have that to deal with too. No they weren't the owner of this car.
it's a unibody car and it's unbelievable how clean the underside is. It's in really good condition
I'm a Mopar guy as a 59 Plymouth Sport Fury was my first car in college. My second car was a 68 Plymouth VIP 2dr fast-top 383. It's been in storage since 1988 just waiting to be restored. Sorry no pictures. Have fun with your new project!

There's a Dodge in my driveway too. This 63 Dodge Town Wagon was mine in 1995, but I sold it in 1998. I always wanted it back so I kept an eye out for it. It popped up on Marketplace last October and came home with me again. It is the very same one I owned all those years ago. When cleaning it out I found a gas receipt with my signature on it - it was from 1997. This town Wagon started its work life with the Idaho Department of Transportation, then it and a matching one (had the nicknames of The Great Pumpkin and the Great Pumpkin II as they were painted orange), spent several years at a remote backcountry airstrip as a courtesy car. Doing engine, brakes and clutch work on it now - the exterior will get a shine once it stops raining.

Kevin, your car is sweet. But man, I can see myself in one of those town wagons!!!!
A customer of mine used to build a Mopar for the Hot Rod Power Tour every year. One year he built this '63 Dodge wagon which was one of my favorites. The body style really changed from 1962 to '63.
