You’re all about Bilsteins, Falkens and now Centramatics. There’s better options for all of those.
70k miles and counting.

They’ve already paid for themselves in satisfaction.

Yes, I have *actually* used all of those things and stand by them. As do many others. We have not received the memo that you know better than all though.

If you put a fourth set of tires on it before you get rid of it, you will be the exception. Unless it’s a work truck, which it’s not.

SHEESH!!!
Someone sure has pissed in GAZZILLA's wheaties or something the last couple of days...
Did ya get cut off or something???

I have had the Centramatics on my truck for about 250,000 miles and they have been great, my truck is always smooth as silk going down the road, and tire wear is extremely good.

There are other, better and less expensive ways of balancing tires than Centramatics. Not pissed, just stating facts. Don’t let the facts **** you off.

Instead of making statements without any backup, please share with everyone your method of tire balancing. Remember, it needs to be readily available everywhere, function better and be less expensive than the $230 I paid for my Centramatics.

I take all three of my vehicles to THE GREAT WALMART OF CHINA for $15 a tire they do lifetime balance and rotation.

The three vehicles are two door Wrangler JK on 35x12.50R15 Yokohama MTs, F-250 on 295/70/18 Toyo MTs and a GMC Canyon on 265/65/17 Goodyear Duratracs.

If WALLY‘S WORLD isn’t able to balance them (which hasn’t happened) then I would add balance beads which cost about $5-$15 per tire and squirt them in through the valve stem.

For me, what makes the centramatics a worthwhile addition is that they will compensate for changes in tire balance from normal wear, keeping optimal balance constantly, making the tires wear better and longer.
And, they may have cost me a couple hundred bucks, but it was only a one time charge.

So, by your 4th set of tires on each vehicle you will have paid for the Centramatic's, and from there forward you will be saving money. And still, you don't even have to worry about them... leave them on your vehicle when changing tires and you spend exactly 0 minutes fooling with them. It literally cannot get any easier... Plus, if it's important to you, no need to support Walmart of China, instead you can support Centramatic's of USA! Also, even if you are one that gets rid of your vehicle at every tire change, then chances are you could even keep them and simply move them to the next vehicle. Still $0 and problem solved. But, if you are like those of us that plan to keep our vehicles as long as possible, then you never have to worry about it, or pay for it, again. And yes, they do pay for themselves.

And as a bonus, like has been mentioned a couple of times now, they keep your tires in perfect balance for the life of the tires, with no extra work on your part, which means smooth riding and they have provided the best opportunity to get the most life out of your tire. Yet another way they pay for themselves.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that there aren't other options, or that they aren't cheaper options ( at least until they are more expensive anyway), but that doesn't discredit the Centramatic's by any means. As to the sound, if you are going to hear them, you are likely also going to hear the sound of all those beads swooshing around in your tires at low speeds with your windows down and your stereo OFF too... so if one bothers you, they both would. I don't understand how one sound gets a pass while the other is a hard pass.

Wait a second.

This long winded rant about Made The USA and Walmart of China coming from the guy that on every single tire thread is trying to sell everyone and tell everyone how great his Chinese Falken tires are?😂

This just keeps getting better and better!

Maybe if you didn’t have Chinese tires you wouldn’t need Centramatics.

I don’t Google I use DuckDuckGo. Google and the Chinese are not your friends.

There are plenty of great AT tires out there that aren’t made in China or Thailand by Chinese. I just took a set of Falken ATs off of the used Wrangler I bought with only 23,500 miles and gave them away. The spare had zero miles. They were the older AT01s, they looked like crap on the Wrangler. Drove good on the highway and dirt but worthless in mud and snow.

Most 35x12.5x20 Falken (Wildpeak) tires are manufactured in Thailand. Some Falken sizes/models are also made in Japan, China, Indonesia, Turkey, Brazil or South Africa; the exact country is printed on the tire sidewall.

Yo Chadstick - take a picture of your tires showing the country of origin and throw it up here.

He’s running the made in China 295/70/18s. Which he has been very proud of.

well. To start with you got a wrangler. That's a lot of the problem. Number two I don't give a rat's *** what you say there is nothing wrong with Falcon tires. Why don't you use your Duck Duck Go and freaking do a search on it. I did. I use Yahoo. And guess what. It come up as that being one of the top brand tires. Have a good day. It's not doing any good trying to talk to you. The only thing you want to do is bitch and argue with someone

Balancing beads are generally not recommended for use with TPMS sensors.
