When I bought the truck it had a DUI on it, but I like the stock look and want to use the original air cleaner. Would love a non-billet distributor if possible, but not a deal breaker. And thinking of the PerTronix Igniter3. Up for others, just don’t want an ignition box I have to mount.

You can get a re-man stock distributor at any parts house and put a pertronix in it. Or any of the online sellers which might save some money and likely won't want a core back.
1. Get a 1975-76 FE DuraSpark distributor, add 4-pin HEI module (NOTE: this is a very little and uses 4 wires,
2+GND into dizzy plug, 2 to the coil. I much prefer the old style round coil, 1.5 ohm version @12V, run stock small cap+rotor.
You can convert an original points distributor as the baseplate and upper shaft interchange (devil in details...).
Delete black wire and route 2 remaining via points hole. Looks stock and is reversible.
2. Get a 1967-72 distributor original to your truck, have it rebuilt & re-curved, run points.
If you're like many and truck gets < 5k miles/year, then change oil and clean points+set dwell once year, that's it.
(points are dumb easy and rarely leave you stranded...)
Points, DuraSpark internals, round coil, and 4-pin HEI are AVAILABLE most everywhere.
NOTE: you mentioned NO Module, but HEI module is SMALL, easiest near coil, out-of-site.
(no goofy box toe-nailed to fender!)
