Dashboard panels removal.

I have a 2011 F150 XLT and I like to take off the panels of the dashboard so I can paint them, I know how to remove the center part that holds the radio and HVAC controls but how to I remove the panel to the left of the steering wheel and the one all the way to the right?

I know this is a bit late, but I had the same question and found a good video on it: Some videos out there have you messing with the passenger air bag. This is NOT correct!
