Banks Git Kit is their entry level kit. All it has is their Otto mind chip and a 3" down tube. Decent performance, low cost. I want to upgrade to at least the Stinger Plus system sometime next year.

Diesel Daddy - As I mentioned in my full post, the techs that installed my kit weren't happy with the power and did quite a bit of chip programming and ended up with a PowerPack chip to get 'reasonable' kick out of it. That may be the source of the black smoke on my truck (?), but every comment I've read in this regard is that it is just a waste of excess fuel and is not harmful to the motor in any way.
I have read some other threads about adjusting the fuel input to correct for smoke - something about turning a lever (guys?) - and another mod with the red vacuum line to assist turbo spool up quicker, punching a small hole in it with a ballpoint pen I recall. I've not done either of these and the 25psig boost figure is 3rd gear - mashed to the floor at redline.
What I understand is that the wastegate, impeller and turbo housing in the Banks kit along with the chip (fuel management) determine boost, not sure if the propane injection is responsible for Quad's extra 5 psig (that's gotta be a fun ride, heh, heh)
Reminds me that those same techs owe me a dyno run to see what the net hp is now
Daddy - Look where the two halves come together (center) the Banks logo is cast into the housing at the 7'oclock position. See the pic in my gallery for more info
