Remote Start Run Time

My truck is a 2019 F-150 XLT. It is "new to me" and my first time having to deal with high tech electronics.

The remote start feature works fine, but sometimes the engines shuts off after it appears to have reached operating temperature (warmed up). At other times the engine stays stays running until I manually turn it off with the ignition key.

Is this normal?

Usually remote start (for sure with the app) will let truck run 10 minutes. With the app you can extend it.

My 2018 runs for 15 minutes and if I push the button again before that 15 minutes is up it will go another 15.

Run time is settable in the menu of the truck.
