Steering Column Identification

Hey fellas,
I got one on my hands. I purchased my '64 years ago, with this steering column installed from PO. Felt like the bearings were going bad so I pulled it and took it apart. She is a beauty, been modified a bit I believe. SO MY question, the column barrel, tube, is connecting via the pics below. I am use to seeing a couple of Square head style bolts, fasteners that hold on the columns barrel and or tube. I cannot for the life of me, find this type of fastener used, so to be able to identify what this may have come out of. There are (3) of these fasteners, It is a Tilt steering, tilt is thru the turn signal, has the sport wheel, like from a 70's Bronco or F100. column tube is like 2.25 OD. The closest I can to it was a 78, 79 column.
Can anyone identify this set up?

Tom, Great yes thank you. I looked it up and sure enough! So I will move forward with my "rebuild" or just purchase a new column.
