Hubcap Help

Ok, I had a little undesignated money left after the holidays and bought myself 4 new 18x7 6-lug 'steelies' for my winter tires. They arrived with TPMS /valve stems set and 24 new chromed lug nuts. Installation was a breeze, the installer put the truck on the ground and said 'There you go, sir'. I asked, 'Where's the hubcaps?' and the installer said, 'There aren't any, sir'. And we stared at each other. I got on the phone to the shop where I bought the wheels and they said there are no hubcaps that fit these wheels. Noe there's nothing special about these wheels. You see them on Ford fleet pickups everywhere. I even went to the local 'hubcap heaven' and bought a used hubcap like you see on those Ford fleet pickups and sure enough, it would not fit my 'steelies'. Man, I did not think this one all the way through. I'm not opposed to driving around showing off my lug nuts and all, but I would really like to find something to keep the crud out of the hubs. So, here I am, asking if anyone else has dealt with something like this or has other suggestions for resolving it. Thanks.

Could you post a picture of one of these?

. . . and also a manufacturer and part number for the steel rims?

Invoice says 18X7.5 6-135 ET44 C887 STNEW X43865. Manufacturer unknown.
Note that the rims are 18X7.5. Original post was incorrect. My bad.
Thanks for your reply.

Oh yeah, no hub cap will fit those unless held on by beauty nuts on lug nuts like GM did for a long time:

If you could find a full wheel cover that would fit that wheel, that might work, but those are a pain and they scratch the paint off of the rim.
