Looks rough. I’d suggest new cam and lifters. If you’re putting the time, effort and money in a rebuild, I’d invest in new hardware. But depends on intended use. If it’s just a farm truck, why not. Daily, no way.
Only if the exact same lifter is used in the same bore above the same came lobe would I trust it longer than short trips from home as a "non essential & not gonna break the bank if it fails" type engine. If you mixed the lifters up, they are scrap now. New lifters on that cam "might" work.
If any lobes are not full, if any are worn on the peaks so as to be closer to round, the cam is scrap too. I looked at the pics, don't see any wiped lobes, but pics aren't like examining it in person. Measure the lobe heights, intake vs exhaust, should be 8 of each, and consistent per usage group.
CWC made the cores for nearly all cams for many years, so the only difference is the grind. I believe they ceased production a couple years ago, just one more reason to go with a billet roller cam.
