It looks ok. The ones I have seen that are severely worn have black pitting on the surface. A better check is to take a dial indicator and measure the rocker arm travel on all the rockers as you turn the engine, but if it runs ok, I would not worry about it too much.

I cannot see them well enough to make a judgement ...
TIP: When you take pics inside of things like that, do it in the dark and allow the flash to do it's job, position the camera to prevent flash backs off the shiny metal, ie at an angle to the shiny surface.
