Cam questions

When removing my heads for a possible gasket leak, I also removed the cams, and I noticed what looks like severe wear in the cam races, and on the cam itself. here are some pictures:

The cam retainers and races look grooved also. I can see tracks leading away from the cam oiler holes as if sand went through the engine. Do you think I need new heads or cams?

Camshaft for sure, part is about $200. That is way cheaper than a head..
Even if you have to replace in another 50,000 miles you're not going to spend as much

Ok, more pictures to inspect; you guys know this motor and what will and will not work. Please tell me what you think about these pictures:

Cam girdle

Camshaft bearing

Cam stands all look like this

So that's pretty bad. What are the chances my crankshaft journals and mains also look like this? I'm going to drop the pan and see, but have you seen this before? Was this the result of previous owner running poor filters?
can I get new cams and cam caps/girdles and run these heads? Would they have to be line-bored?
