75 = Eaton model 1614-15 OR 1618-19 single speed rear axle, 17,000 OR 16,000 lbs capacity, 7.17 ratio
D = 3,500 lb capacity, 4.55 ratio front axle--Both the MPC and shop manual describe code D this way. Typo on your warranty plate perhaps? The front axle should have identifying marks, possibly on the back side, passenger side of the axle.
23000 = 23,000 lbs GVWR
163 3600 = 163 Certified Net HP @ 3600 RPM
