NAPA has brake hoses, but I couldn't find one for your truck. If you know the size, they might be able to find ones that work. Note if you go on line, you must change the vehicle to "Medium/Heavy", not cars.
O'Reilly lists medium/HD parts and hoses, but I can't figure out how to search on their web site for anything over an F or P350.
At both of those places and most other parts outfits, you will have to gently bring along whoever you talk to and explain there are trucks larger than F350. Sometimes an older employee is the key.
My truck didn't have the front brake hoses on it when i got it do you have a picture of how they are run. I got brake hose off of obsolete ford parts but I think I am still missing a part.
Not a very good illustration, but you will see there is a bracket that holds the hose where it attaches to the hard line. The hose then needs to be routed so it will have enough slack to move when the wheels are turned but otherwise stay clear of moving parts.
This is a disc brake truck but you can see how the hoses are routed so they have enough slack but otherwise stay out of the way. You'll have to scroll through a bit:
Looks like the metal line on the frame might need to be inspected to make sure it's sound.
Both of those, the frame line and the line at the drum, put to the rear of the wheel so the loop of rubber hose would be back there. Looks like the brackets to hold the junctions are still there too.
Not sure if you have the right fittings and grommets etc.
