C = 292 2V MD Ford Y-block V8, 135 certified net HP @ 3800 RPM
K = Kansas City Assembly Plant
343960 = 1963 numerical series, October 1962 production
132 = 132 inch wheelbase
M = Corinthian White
F350 = F350, 9,800 lbs GVWR
81A = Standard cab, I can't tell if pickup or cab and chassis vehicle.
F = Warner model T98A four speed transmission
23 = Dana/Spicer model 70 rear axle, 7,200 lbs capacity, 5.13 ratio
No front axle code so standard axle, probably 3,500 lbs capacity minimum.
9800 = 9,800 lbs GVWR
