Probably a dumb question but I have a 74 F100 that the previous owner converted to automatic within the last 20 years. L6 240. I'm wondering if someone could recommend me specifically the best power steering fluid for it? I am seeing Mercon-V and type F (ATF). Are those still necessary over standard power steering fluid?
Thanks again
