1951 F1 Tire Jack
@abe , the cast wing nut was not used on the F2; Ford part number 2C-1484-A was used from very late 1952 through 1956 on the F1/100 and used 1/2-13 threads.
The larger trucks of this time used a cone shaped (kinda like a lug nut) nut with 5/8-18 threads; Ford part 51-1476-A.

Interesting to know that the wing nut started in late 52.
I'm the supplier of the reproduction wing nuts. They can only be purchased directly from me. I used to supply mid- fifties when they were in business.
