Truck is slow to start in cool/cold weather (starts and stutters after 3-4 cycles of the ignition). Starts fine in warm weather even when engine is cold. Starts fine after it has been warmed up. No check engine light and only code is 11 and 33. Also, the engine isn’t putting out normal power. It will just maintain speed in 5th gear on flat ground if no head wind…gutless wonder. The motor does not use oil or smoke. I replaced both fuel tanks with new pumps and fuel pressure is within range. I have replaced some vacuum lines. Where do I begin to diagnose the starting issue? Thanks a bunch!
Update. I have checked every vacuum line and tested with brake cleaner and can’t find a leak. Both fuel tank pumps, high pressure pump, filter are all new and fuel pressure is good at start and load. Truck starts fine when warm but slow to start when cold. No codes. Where do I look next ? Thanks
