I Ask This Before But Didnt Get Much Response. ( I Noticed Lately That Its Taking My Truck Longer To Start Than Before, But Once It Does Start It Starts Right Up After It Has Been Running A While. Its Just The First Time When Its Cold It Does This. The Gpr Is Working Fine, The Weather Is Cold Here But I Had It Plugged In But Didnt Seem To Matter. The Engine Just Cranks Longer Than It Used To Before It Starts. Any Ideas. No Smoke Either,
It Seems To Be Cranking Just As Fast As Always. I Keep A Battery Tender On It All Winter. If It Sit Foe A Few It Cranks Awhile Before It Starts. It Also Has A New Starter.
You might check the o-rings on the end of the IPR down on the side of the hpop. Those will go bad and cause that exact problem you described. My truck did the same thing a while back. The parts are about 13.50 at the stealership.

Have you been getting your fuel at the same place? maybe bad fuel have you tried some stanadyne or an additive it might help with start ups also do you keep your tanks full I know it's hard with the price of fuel but if you don't condensation can form and mess with the fuel especially if it's been cold at night and warm in the afternoon
This Truck Sits All Winter And I Filled The Tanks Up In The Fall Around October And Added Some Stanadyne To The Tanks And Its Been Sitting All Winter But I Did Go Out And Start It Every Week And Let It Run For A Few Minutes So It Has Had The Same Fuel In It All Winter.
Im Thinking It Might Be The Old Fuel In It. It Has Been In There For 5 Months. It Just Takes A Few Seconds Longer When Its Cold. When It Warms Up It Starts Pretty Normal. Maybe It Could Be The Thick Oil, Im Not Sure.
If its just a couple seconds more when cold thats really nothing to be worried about. Cold oil, weak batteries, cold weather...... Hard to say. Easy tests are to get the batteries and starter tested. 5 months for fuel isn't bad, that shouldn't cause any issues.
