STX vs XLT?

I think the online build and price system is a bit messed up, the other day I was trying to configure an XLT for my FIL but it didn't even SHOW the premium package, the only way to add it was to go add the B&O stereo system. It let it keep the camper package IIRC at that time.

The dealerships are often no help, a lot of them don't even know how to put together a custom order and just asks you to send them the link to the online build.
