I erased the code following the book and retested it and it showed 111 for the c memory. As soon as the truck got down the road a bit the engine light came on and I tested it again and 332 popped up again in the continuous memory
Is the vacuum hose from the solenoid to the EGR valve in good condition? You are supposed to get 111 codes before moving on to the KOER test but I’d clear the codes again and then try running that test to see what you get. I might be wrong but I find it odd that it sets an EGR code in the memory but does not show it as an active fault first.
Is the air injection system intact? Without looking up the diagnostic charts, it kind of looks like you have a vacuum problem to the TAB, TAD & EGR solenoids.
What is the idle rpm?
Did you momentarily “floor” the gas pedal when prompted?

I could replace the vac lines. I don’t have a rpm gauge sadly so I don’t know. But I used the throttle body to accelerate when given the 10 code so then got the codes so yes

Damn lol it was exactly what u said the line that goes to the tad/b and egr solenoids had a spot that melted and blocked all 3 from getting vacuum even tho it was in heat shield so idk lol
