I should have noticed this on your first set of graphs but I see that your IPR duty cycle is 10-ish% at idle. A leak bad enough to cause maximum duty cycle on a stock tune (64%) would certainly cause an issue with the duty cycle at idle.
My suspicions have changed. I think I'd be looking into pressure testing each bank of cylinders individually to try to find an injector possibly "blowing off" at 1800+ PSI

Oil would leak past a damaged upper injector o-ring and into the valve train area back down to the oil pan. No oil burned or lost in this case, just leaking out from under the injector base/solenoid.
Cody, how would he test for 1800+psi blowoff? Shop air applied to each bank separately won't get him there, will it? Could he disconnect the 42 pin connector, apply 12V to the IPR and crank the engine with the valve covers off, watching for oil to leak from under the injector bases? Is there a simpler way?
Could also fire it up with valve covers off, let it idle and watch for oil seeping from under each injector base. On a cold start, that would be around 700psi applied to the upper injector o-rings.
Have you swapped your cleaned/resealed OEM IPR back in to help rule that part out? Might be a long-shot based on the data, but I think I would do it before pulling the Adrenaline for warranty repair.
I am running an Adrenaline I bought from a friend here, and it's still pulling strong, though I've only put 25K miles on it so far. I guess my question is, do friends sell friends Adrenaline HPOPs? Yeah, I'm lookin at you, @ESwift
No dual HPOP for me. I think he mentioned it was more trouble than it was worth for the gain. I almost traded the Adrenaline back to him for one of his stage 2 CNCFab HPOPs, but the rig has been running so well that I did not want to mess with it.

HA! I would not of sold it to you if I had any doubts on it I've not had issues with the 2 I have owned in the past
I went to the cnc stg 2 trying to get a bit more out of the AD30 injectors several years ago, then ran duals at some point and back to the stg2 and moved to 200/30 injectors instead lol
I’m going to test more to figure it out when work allows. I work for the railroad so days off are hard to come by. Eric, how do you like the 200/30 vs 180/30’s. I believe my problem is pointing more and more towards injector o-rings cause seems to happen more with hot/thin oil. So if that is the problem I will be sending them to Rosewood.

Def could be an oring leak, or 1 or more injectors having a poor oil side allowing a lot of loaded leak by.
In a lot of instances 180/30 and 200/30 put out similar power, the hybrids are easier on hpo demand though. It can be a toss up, you already have a higher volume hpop so 180/30 save some cost. 200/30 will be able to net you more power and best change of maintaining max icp.
I do really like my 200/30, I woiuld have to say they are likely my favorite all around injector. I've gone bigger and gone smaller and always seem to go back to them.
My 2002 has a stage 2 hpop as well, that will likely get some 180/30 at some point, just to save cost.
Rosewood is an excellent injector builder, extremely professional, a great guy to deal with.
@Project78f1504x4 any updates on your issue? I am following along, been chasing the same problem.
In my case installed new CNC Fab Stage 1 HPOP, CNC Fab HPOP lines, OEM IPR, OEM ICP sensor, and still getting a stinky spike. This is running the box standard PHP Standard 65 Tow Tune.
I'm at 265k miles, thinking my next step is injector o-rings. But if I'm doing that they are all going to Rosewood while they are out.
@Dmco looks like your fuel supply is dropping at same time of spike. Have you checked fuel pressure under load?
I haven’t dug in yet. Had a camping trip that was local this past weekend so didn’t want to do anything till after. I’m to the point I believe it’s injector o-rings or injector (interior o-ring’s). Will be pulling injectors, rebuilding, and re-installing with new o-rings. I like to try stuff myself so I opted for bitterroot diesel’s rebuild kit for injectors. Comes with all o-rings and springs for injectors. May be a couple weeks before I get done due to work, etc. but it’s not a daily driver.

FINALLY got around to working on Truck. Had 2 injectors that appeared to have internal oil side O-ring spit out side of injector. External o-rings were worn but didn’t appear to be that bad. 254k on them. Assume that was causing the issue. Replaced all with CNC Fab. 180/30 injectors. So far no problems.
thanks Eric for your help in a timely manner.
