I went through two Adrenalins in quick order. They both failed within three months of installation. Twice bitten thrice shy, I switched to a Terminator T500. When that failed and Joey did not reapond to emails and calls, not even from Clay at RiffRaff, I switched to CNC. Still running the CNC pump now.

But but but… everyone on FB world pushes the T500 like crazy.
Well, Based on your experience and headache, if it is the Adrenalin, its under Warranty, but i would hate to have to do it again if the 2nd one fails. Will look into the CNC pump.
I've only had my CNC pump for about 9mo, but so far so good
Since we're comparing pumps, I run a Bostek,, it's been working good for 3 years, I did have a problem with the first one I installed, I put my foot in it without letting the oil warm up on a cold morning, about 40 degrees, pressure pegged at 3500 and the "C" clip let loose on the back and blew the plate out and bathed the engine in oil. It was warranted and the new one is hanging on so far.
Stock tune Slowly rolling into throttle. In O/D No code Stock tune WOT No Code but looks like I came out of throttle as ICP and IPR met Stock Tune WOT #2 No Code Stock Tune with Code Stock tune w/Code
Here are some screenshots of stock tune runs.
fuel pressure between 54 and 45 psi.

Reason: spelling
All I see is fuel pressure isn't optimal. What are your boost psi #'s? What are your egt's on those pulls? Are you running a stock turbo? Have you changed your fuel bowl filter lately?
I'm beginning to think those Gearheads tunes are *****. Mine have really never worked right in my Excursion since I first got them.

Boost is the Blue Line in the 3rd box down on each screenshot. EGT's are normal. Stock Turbo. Fuel Filter was changed last oil change, which was around 2k miles ago.
Seems like the main times it triggers the Code is when i roll into throttle in OD. The Code comes on everytime the ICP is dropping and the IPR % is high. On the screenshots when you see the IPR % (Red dotted line 1st box) starts climbing and the ICP (Blue line 1st box} is dropping. When those lines meet shortly there after is when the light/code comes in. I have a Sump, Fiter Assembly, and new Bosch Fuel Pump en route. See how that goes. Then to check HPOP and IPR.

Have you had the injectors changed or are they stock? I mean stock turbo, stock injectors I assume, only thing you changed is the hpop, didn't have issue before, people have had issue with adreneline, so I dunno man. It's really hard to diagnose things without actually seeing it first hand so I'm gonna wait and see after put a fuel pump on it to see if that helps.
Yep. Everything is stock as far as I know. I have only done HPOP, LPOP, FRx, JIC HPOP lines, S&B intake. No problems at all until recently. Everything but LPOP was done 2-3 years ago. Even the tunes are at least 2 yrs old. I changed LPOP just because of mileage in July. Was giving code before change. Just a rabbit I have to chase I guess. Better than a new payment though.
I should have noticed this on your first set of graphs but I see that your IPR duty cycle is 10-ish% at idle. A leak bad enough to cause maximum duty cycle on a stock tune (64%) would certainly cause an issue with the duty cycle at idle.
My suspicions have changed. I think I'd be looking into pressure testing each bank of cylinders individually to try to find an injector possibly "blowing off" at 1800+ PSI; if that's inconclusive, it's time to look at the pump. I hate to say it, but it wouldn't be the first time I'd seen that after much floundering thinking it couldn't be the pump. One guy had a 1996 and the other with a 2002 (a guy who stole a good used HPOP from me that I lent to him for diagnosis and then he quit answering my phone calls). Thanks Jeremy Haller.

I finally got my Excursion back from the shop. Here's my fuel pressure at idle. The edge tuner reading is before the filter the liquid gauge is after the filter. This is at idle.

Forgive my lack of knowledge here. If the Injector(s) is having blow-by above 1800 psi. Where does the oil go? I have zero smoke issues. Also what should idle % be on IPR?
