You DO NOT need any additional parts. You do not need anything chevy.
Remove adaptor. Remove nipple from block. Remove nipple from adaptor.
Take nipple from adaptor & screw into block.
Install full size Ford filter.
Replace lower rad hose with standard lower hose.
That's it.
