I recently installed a rc 2.5” leveling kit, the shackles now hit frame when going over larger bumps and such. I remember a similar noise before but it did not hit as hard. Possibly the bushings in the frame? Or just need longer shackles?

 

That spring is flat .
I do not think that is right .
my 99 has a lift , and the arch is much more pronounced .
I would send the springs back .
