One lug nut flew the coop. Don't know how, don't know why but it is gone. The right rear wheel is missing a lug nut. It had to have happened sometime after I took the hub cap off because I would have noticed it then. Since I didn't put it back on it left all of them exposed. I guess that one was loose and worked its way off. Or maybe somebody only needed one and took it. The stud threads are fine. So, I went to O'Reilly and paid the man $6.13 for a lug nut. The I went across the parking lot to Walmart and bought a personal watermelon for $2.67. I have been buying the prepackaged already cut ice cubed size watermelon chunks for 4-6 dollars and finally got smart and bought the whole watermelon for half that. Sure, it is the smallest size they sell, but how much do I need anyway? I don't have a lug wrench anymore (lost it in the Charger when it was impounded) but I think I have a 1/2-inch breaker bar from HF and deep sockets in my hardly ever used Stanley tool kit.

I've never seen this. Amazon driver texted and called me to tell me he was out front. That's better than losing packages.

Not Ponch from CHiPs. Although he did become a cop in real life.

That is interesting. I just bought a laptop from Amazon yesterday and it is scheduled to arrive this Thursday. I pray my Amazon driver does the same thing. It is forecast to be 102 that day, and usually my Amazon packages show up around 5pm, which is right in the middle of the hottest part of the day (4pm-6pm). Since I don't want it delivered to the wrong address my plan is to sit outside in the driveway and wait for him/her. I will take a cup of ice and sit under the carport, so I don't get heat stroke of course, but I don't want to go through the hassle of a mis-delivery with something that expensive. I'm not going to sit outside all day of course, just when they say he/she is in the area.
On another note, the scooter lift motor that they just installed a week or two ago is doing the same thing the old one did. So, I sent the VA a message, and I am sure they will have me go back to Ray Fisher's Pharmacy to check it out again.

Look in the compartment behind the seat. It's under a panel. You should have a set of tire tools. Or borrow one from the auto parts store.

I'll check tomorrow morning. Never even looked behind the rear seat since I bought the truck.

Good morning Nor-Cal

Jim, You could probably go to Discount Tire or Les Schwab or what ever tire shop you have there and have them install the lug nut.

@Fat Diesel Did you have a good time at Car Week? Did you get any cool photos of some of the cars?

I don't buy that type of shrimp at Walmart. if and when I do buy shrimp it is the breaded kind.
Tim, there is a Les Schwab and Discount Tire shop nearby. I'll try les Schwab first.

It's my favorite trip of the year, by far! Here's some pics.

Good morning Fte friends, it has been a very trying hard long few weeks for me , between my projects my wife’s honey due ever lasting scroll list of things to do around here and my contracting projects , I thought maybe just slow down a bit and simi retire BUT Noooo that only put me way behind on other projects and people waiting to get their stuff done, simi means nothing to people that need stuff done yesterday but tomorrow is another day , which brings me to my other rack of hats that I juggle on a daily basis, the Wells are low , not pumping enough for Cattle demands , so I’m the water boy with a 2000 gallon water wagon and a Ford truck to get that job done , I couldn’t keep up on the last wagon full , cows and horses drained every water tank I filled , this is going to be an interesting day , I might be hauling water for most of the day , leaving those other honey dues for tomorrow, did I mention I was partially retired, simi seems so over rated now

Ford Heaven it looks like to me. A track car that is not race legal. Hmmm. Looks great tho.
Like the Shelby but that gold GT is ugly IMHO.
Lambo looks awesome!
Scott, you need to retire, not semi retire. LOL

Jim, race cars have rules and regs. This car was built to go around a track as fast as possible, with no rule book to follow. I got a ride on track in the previous version, and it was amazing!
