I'm not the expert here, but since you have crossed the "series " line, I doubt it. 61-66 lotsa stuff interchanges, 67-72 lotsa stuff interchanges, but mix the two? If you had a general location in your avatar, there could be a 66 column just the next town over! Many members here have parts trucks, and many have knowledge of junk yard sources. Without a location, no one will respond. shipping a whole column would be expensive
I swapped a column from a 68 into our 66 when we converted to power steering. Just make sure if you have an auto trans that the column you’re getting is from a truck that had an auto trans.

Thanks. Mine is a 3 speed manual shift converted from column shift to floor shift. The seller's is a manual floor shift column.
I put in a '70 steering column into my '66 when I converted to power steering so that I didn't need to shorten the steering shaft. The biggest issue has to do with the mounting bracket under the dash is different. You can swap the bracket from your '66 onto the '67 steering column, which is not easy and you need to make sure that it is lined up correctly. Or go with longer bolts, which is probably not as safe, but is the route that I went. Also, the wiring will be different, so you will need to make some modifications to hook up to your '66 wiring.
