Steering Column Compatability/Exchange

OK, my '65 F100 has a steering column from a Fairlane installed by the PO. Can someone tell me the part number for the orginal steering column as well as any models that will interchange with the '65? Thanks in advance!!!

There is no part number for a complete steering column, all the parts were sold individually.

1965 F100: 3 M/T or 4 M/T or A/T? 2WD or 4WD?

look on carparts.com. i've been looking for a column, too, and there are a bunch there. three on the column is easier to find than my automatic on the column requirement. be careful about the vendor, though. do some research before buying. i found a bunch of negative comments about one in particular. I hesitate to say their name here because i don't need to be sued for slander, but if you want to know who it was, send me a PM.

Same: 1965 F100/250 2WD & 1966 F100/250 2WD without P/S.

P/S was not available in 1965.
