Fuel tank upgrade
I have a 2018 f350 super cab 8ft box. According to Ford they came with a 48 gallon fuel tank. Sorry, that is a blantant lie. They are 34 gallon tanks for the most part. Well I want the extra range a 48 will give me. I found an oem one out of a 2020 f450 crew cab, that is real cheap, but 350 miles away.
The issues is, I see conflicting information as to whether it will work with my truck. Google in its never ending quest to mislead you, keeps coming up with results that have nothing to do with my query.
So the question is, will it work in my truck? The part number is lc34-9a032-cab-6265.

Check with S&B and Titan Fuel Tanks to see if there's an aftermarket tank available for your truck.

Buy the S&B oversize tank and never look back. I wish I did it sooner
