PCM?
I am getting the check engine light while key is in start position but dashes on the odometer and no communication to my scantool from the cluster or pcm. Trying to figure this out..... oh, and fuses 16, 8, 20, 21, and 26 show 0 volts with key on.

Umm…that’s not really a 5.4 engine specific issue for your 2003(?) F150.
Repost in the 97-03 subforum and you will get more looks, I promise.
This sounds like a PATS issue rather than an engine computer issue.
