If you have two keys.. do this..
put the first one in turn ON (not start) for five seconds...
then quickly remove key and put second key in and turn ON for five seconds...
then remove that key.. wait 30 seconds.. then try to start it.
A new PCM will usually allow programming for the first two keys. Good luck.
