Ford doesn't sell them separately. There are some online sources who sell paint matched handle covers, usually as a set. Used take offs might be the only way to get the brushed look kind, besides buying the whole assembly.

Check ebay lol. I got a set of 4 door handles for $50 for my truck to replace the faded black with painted white. I replaced all 4 door handles within an hour or so, taking the door cards off is super easy. Just have to get a small wrench/ratchet up into the bolts holding the handle on, third one is from the door latch side under a plastic pop cover.
