So, this happened... Right front door handle. What pieces will i need, how much is it going to cost me, and how much work is it going to be. I guess i should be glad it didn't take the mirror...
What color is that? You'll have to source the handle assembly. New, they only come ready to paint, not paint matched, but if that's a common color, you might find a used part.

The handle cover is in one piece, and reusable. The truck is a white with some kind of sparkle in it.
It looks like you are going to need more then just the handle.
The handle cover is okay. It's the actual black handle under that that operates the door mechanism. Probably a door teardown to replace. Just wonder if anyone has had it apart that far, and I'd there are any trucks.
I think your looking at about $100 bucks plus paint. If it has the sparkle in it that sounds like Star White which is what I have as well. It's a multi stage paint so will be a little more expensive. I have not replaced one so I can't speak to the install. My buckets were already painted white match the truck so all I did was paint the covers to get rid of the chrome that they were.

That's good, but the broken part is sold as an assembly, not painted. At least from Ford. I have no idea what would be involved if you tried just replacing the black part with parts from a donor assembly. It sounds like you have what they called white platinum metallic tri coat.

Looks like you maybe lucked out and only the mechanism is damaged. I removed my driver's handle lock tumbler by purchasing a passenger side handle, having it painted to match, and then adapting it to flip over onto the driver's side. It's not too difficult to get in there and R+R them. Lots of yt vids.
