What mods first?
What are the best mods for my 2000 Excursion? Or....should I upgrade to the 2003/2004 with the 6.0 PS

What kind of mods are you looking for/

Power?
Better towing?
More stability?
Entertainment?
Appearance? etc. etc.

I say go with a sway bar first. Then shocks, then a tuner, then........

On a 2000.....Hellwig sway bars
then all the other stuff
then buy a 6.0

it seems to be the way I do it
