New to the classic car scene, I recently picked up a decent 1978 F-150 that has a struggling 351M under the hood. The photo isn’t of my engine, but it clearly shows the bolt holes I’m looking to use for mounting my coil. Does anyone know what these holes are originally for, and what size bolts fit them?
On a non-a/c truck those holes aren't used for anything. I have seen coils mounted at that location before. On my '79 the coil bracket mounts to the intake manifold on the passenger side.
