I have a 76 F-150 Explorer with a 360 and I need to replace the radiator, but it appears that Ford decided to make 15 million different size radiators in the 70's. When I am looking at the parts manual (I bought all the USB parts, shop, wiring manuals) I found the one they have listed for my truck as 18 1/12 height 23 13/16 width which aligns with my measurements. That being said trying to find a 18 1/2 core height replacement has been difficult. I ordered the Liland Global 395AA from RockAuto as it appears to be the closest size and has rear flange mounting and that should arrive this week. Has anyone else came across this issue? I guess I could buy a bigger sized radiator support, but I am not looking to fabricate the front end to accommodate a bigger radiator.

I wouldn't worry too much about that minor height difference of about an inch from what I could tell. The tanks are different between original radiator and aftermarket, your hoses have enough wiggle room to account for that small of difference. You might find the overall height is about the same, at least as far as inlet and outlet for the hoses is concerned.
Width is more important here since you want the mounts to match up with your current radiator support. As long as overall width matches your original dimensions, specifically spacing between mounting holes you should be okay.
