Is there a fix for the 3-4 shift yet? I’ve heard valve bodies, new transmission & reprogram, but haven’t heard if it works.

You might send me a PM as well...
FWIW, I reported the 3-4 lag to Ford when I had my truck in for another repair. Supposedly, they fixed or rebuilt the valve body... but there was no fluid, no gasket, no other anything on the WO, and my clever eyes didn't see any tool marks on my pan bolts... so I would bet even money the tech didn't do a thing to my transmission except pocket the money for the labor.
I have a 23 6.7 and also experience the 3-4 flare . But it’s not all the time and varies when it happens. Not going to the dealer yet unless it becomes more consistent. Doesn’t seem to happen while towing. Mostly when un loaded and light throttle . Hopefully a real fix comes up
These are exactly my symptoms on a 24 XLT with the 10R140 and the 7.3. It is not constant and happens seldom enough that I always notice it. Not a real harsh shift but kinda of a little jerk. Always 3 to 4 when under very low throttle, unloaded. I am not gonna take it in unless it gets worse as I have a free extended warranty from my dealer as a good will gesture for a lot of other initial problems I had. I've got time to see if it's just a quirk or a problem.
