So you’re seeing a consistent 45 second delay between key on and voltage drop?
My understanding is that the PCM controls the
GPR through the small ground wire on the relay as the trigger.
I would remove the ground and test it (positive battery to ground wire) to see if the delay is coming from the PCM. That takes the mechanical aspect of the GPR out of the equation.
Next I would pull the small positive wire from the GPR and make sure it’s always hot when key on (I think that’s the case for that wire).
