Hello folks. Hope yer all doing great.
I'm curious to know if anybody has ever heard of or had this issue..? I have a hot spot on my dash just above the light **** and fuel tank selector switch. Just noticed it as I have to bang there to get my temp gauge to move. On top of that, I've got a parasitic battery drainage. New altinator as it failed when I tested it but still have the battery problem and this strange hot spot deal going on.

 

Your headlight switch and connector are burning up. You'll probably find that you'll need to replace them both. If you want to prevent it in the future and have brighter headlights, search here for "headlight relay mod".
