Apparently its 47, i was starting the car and consequently missing the first set of flashes. So i was seeing 47 as 74. My mistake. Thank you for getting back to me. I noticed my error last night.
Edit: I read somewhere that it has something to do with the seat belt tensioner. Either to little or to much pressure. Not sure which.? How do you know whether it's the passenger or driver side? Are there easy fixes?
