Pull the PCM out, open it and look for bad capacitors, take picture and post the PCM open, try pulling the spout connector and see if spark returns.
Post your calibration code, thast is on driver side door jamb, should be beside the build date sticker.
I wanted to get back on this and explain the issue, collectively my Fuel Pump Relay, Ignition Control Module and transmission all went out at the same time in one day, wtf are the chances of that? So I was trying to tackle multiple problems at once. All I do is daily this truck from home and back, so **** me I guess. Needless to say, I'm broke as hell now, but hey, my truck works.

sorry to hear that! I have been recently having issues with stalling at idle..87 f150. Not every time I drive but about 25% or so of the time it will happen once. My ICV is new. Rebuilt transmission, no gear slippage. I took it to my mechanic and he cleaned out some components and said just doing that raised the idle from about 600 to 800 and he said that should fix the problem. but it stalled again the other day. Sometimes when I press on the gas at take off it jolts a little. Since you had all that recent experience.. does it sound like my issue might be ignition related? Or fuel system? My mechanic hasn’t been able to figure it out for me. Thanks 🙏

First question, (is the original engine in the truck? If not, is it EFI or Carborated? If it's EFI, keep reading.)
I'd consider checking the ICM and Fuel pump relay for starters. Those were the culprits for my truck dying whether it was in motion or idling in the driveway.
Ultimately, I'd start with the fuel rail first and make sure you have adequate fuel pressure to ensure your pump/pumps plus pump relay are working correctly, if those are good, then I'd move to the electrical parts (Ignition coil, distributor, spark plugs, battery, ICM, ect.
If the fuel pressure is bad, then there's a start for you right there.
Hope some of that helps, I'll do my best to answer if you have further questions. Goodluck.

It is the original engine. It has 99k miles and it is fuel injected. Thank you I’ll start with those two things.
