My 2018 F150 2.7 will not start. It sounds like it's struggling to turn over and just doesn't get there. Here is a video. We have tried testing the battery at Autozone and replaced the starter (had Autozone test the new one just to confirm it worked). Any advice would be great!!!
look in your owners manual for the location of the impact sensor on your truck. that sensor is suposed to turn off your fuel pump in the event of an accident. some times it will trip if you slam your door too hard or you bump into the truck with some thing.
That does not seem to be a battery or starter issue, it's turning over fine. Maybe check fuel pump fuse? I'm guessing no check engine light?
Update, still down. I appreciate the input from everyone.
Checked the fuses, all are okay.
Replaced the fuel relay.
No check engine light or error codes are showing.
Next, I'll replace the fuel pump, I guess. Heading to Autozone. 😞😓😩
I am no mechanic, but certainly there are better ways to check fuel pump, that doesn't require dropping the tank, maybe disconnect under the hood and see if it pumps? My thoughts, I would quickly learn Forscan, and buy the dongle to connect laptop to obdii port. No start, it will have a code stored (and not part of the check engine light emission system) Good Luck.
I would check that there is fuel reaching the engine before just replacing the fuel pump. Then work backwards towards the fuel pump checking the fuel filter and fuel lines for physical damage. If you got fuel at engine then it's most likely a spark issue.
If you disconnect the fuel line at the manifold, just turning on the ignition should spray fuel like crazy. It's very high pressure, so two people would be mandatory.

very good tip ,…..I had a Ford Taurus that had the impact sensor in the trunk , and more then once it got hit by things in the trunk , just rest it and it was fine
I am able to spray starter fluid in the intake and it will start and run as long as I keep giving it the occasional spray. When I stop it dies within a minute.
I had a buddy use a scan tool which claims the fuel pressure is at 4000 psi. Way too high. But the truck still won't start or run on its own. Any thoughts?
Have you considered bad gas? or someone sabotaged you and added water or other to the tank? I'd be almost certain if you got a dongle, and installed Forscan on your phone or preferably laptop, there would be a code stored. imo

Possibly mis-reading the gauge. Fuel rail pressure typically ranges from 300 PSI at idle to 2200 PSI at full load for a direct-injection engine. If the engine also has port-injection, then I would expect a fraction of that during idle.
