Happy September y'all!! My login icon dropped off my favorites list,, So I guess I gave you all a break..
Had to get a new battery for my truck along with the start relay.. Replaced the headlights. This took a bit of modification..
Then a battery for the Flex and a new windshield,,
I got 4 new tires to put on the SHO.. Have a sliver of steel in the rear tire driver side.. Need to find a place to put them on.
Had to get shots in both shoulders because of arthritis in both.. Feeling better..
Work is cutting hours.. Only working around 15 hours a week..

Good morning Steve.. hopefully the extra days off you have help you heal too. I hope I won't need the cane for long and hope it's an easy fix. I had x-rays taken last month and it showed narrowing in the joints along with bone spurs in the ankles, knees and hips . I was told a hip replacement may be needed sometime in the future . I didn't expect the knee to give out so soon...lol

Good evening y'all.. The car is off to get new shoes and a cleaning.. Had a fit getting it ready to go.. The battery was dead and figured it was going to need a new battery.. It was so dead that the charger would not charge it. SO as a last resort I jumped it with the Flex and it started. Left idle for a good bit and the battery got some charge on it.. Oh, add to that the remote battery was dead as well. Had to run out and get some of those..
Bummer hearing you may need a hip replacement..
So, John, what did the doctor say yesterday??

Appointment was today, setting me up for more x-rays, MRI and a visit to a surgeon. How long this will all take who knows. Not looking forward to the 5 hour drive one way for the MRI but I guess I'll have to do it regardless. He prescribed some pain and anti-inflammatory med's. I'll have to wait more to see what the surgeon has to say. At any rate the work on the truck has been put on hold for who knows how long now..

Good morning John and visitors.. It sounds like it will be a stay over when you go for the MRI.. It has been an expensive year for vehicles so far..3sets of tires and 3 batteries.. Just put a new one in the SHO.
