I lost lots of sleep because of my shoulder because I can't seem to sleep well on my back. I just kept trying to gently stretch it out. Even now I can't sleep on it more than 1 1/2 hours before it wakes me up and have to flip to my other side then it does the same...lol

Good early morning Alabama and John.. It is raining for the 25th day this month.... So far 10.88 inches of rain and it is raining again now.. On May 20th we had 9 confirmed tornadoes in North Alabama..

Good afternoon Alabama and John.. It is on the warm side here and they are saying rain starting midweek.. Also some of the Canada fire smoke is drifting down this way adding a slight haze..
