Good evening Alabama and John.. Made my appointment.. I got a couple shots of steroids, one in each shoulder.. My mid range strength is bad and nothing can be done about it..

Good morning Steve, my shoulders will still act up depending how much I do but the steroid shots helped a lot and it's been several years ago that I had them..
I had a doctors appointment this morning to see the results of my last blood tests and if he wants me to see a hematologist..

I had to go for some x-rays this afternoon, I wasn't expecting to get in that quick but have to wait to hear when I get an ultrasound done. don't need to see the hematologist , he thinks the low platelet count is just my normal. He's booking my for my colonoscopy seeing as that time has come up, no date yet for that..
