anxious to see the pix. i would like to get the trade undrway as soon as possible. i have a mental illness where i have to install something on my truck to increase horsepower &or torque every month or so and im a bit overdue for an upgrade. you can take them off whenever. i dont really care if theyre painted or not. just wanna get some headers on my truck finally and the holley flow tech's on the site looked well made. i know jba's reputable. my friends got a pair on his '90 302 bronco.
I WILL today, we have been in the moving process so packing has become a full time hobbie , it sucks but what can you do. I agree both companys put out some great product. Im sorry for such a delay.
I got the pics on my super ford site. here is the link.
pm me so I can get you my address for shipping. I'll tell ya this is a great site. were else could you get info like this and be able to get the parts and other stuff you need.
Get some real good gaskets for them and some of that copper silicon gasket as well. you will see some of it still on the header flange from when they were on the 302 ( sorry for the mess) . the gaskets i used were those graphit looken ones that are thick. they held up the best with those headers. Have fun, if you do paint them use the high temp paint and bake them in an oven if you can ( dont use the house one of course) this will allow the paint to adhear to the metal the best.
