Can see codes that idash and forscan for iPhone can’t.
example, some codes are seen on idash and forscan for iPhone and you clear them but they come back on next startup.
with odblink you seem them as perm codes which can’t be cleared and can only be cleared when the pcm verifies the fault no longer exists.
