Battery confusion

So, seems my battery is going out. Top says BAGM-48H6-760 I have a 2020 Lariat 3.5, 4x4, maxtow. Walmart has a H6, but it is larger (longer). Any advise what would you'd recommend for exact fit? I would have the room for longer length in my battery box. Does this look like a good choice? https://www.walmart.com/ip/EverStart...R&athbdg=L1102

I am no expert on battery's but just had to replace the one in my 2017 F-150 2.7. It had a Ford battery and I cannot remember the CCA but I got a NAPA with more CCA that was a little longer. They also had the NAPA that would have matched the Ford battery in CCA and length but when I did a measurement it would fit. Went in, fot fone and no problems. Jim.

I put a group size 94R in mine and it fit - it is the same as an H7.

+1 That's what we did. We had to slice the insulation blanket around the battery, but it fit just fine in the battery tray. We used some extra-sticky tape to close up the blanket.

I wonder, if for some odd reason, if mine original came with the H7 because I didn't have to do anything to the blanket.

If you use the sizing chart in the link you provided it says no. check here

The H7 is the correct Battery
See Here.

I recently put one in my '17 F150 eco.

That is what toots my button. I even called the dealership, parts, gave my vin#, and they say vin calls for H7. I plan to get the H7 at walmart, and I just ordered the FORScan dongle and plan to figure out the basics, ie. change battery configuration if needed, and reset bms. My truck was built in Feb 2020, maybe assembly line only had the H6.

To reset the BMS, key on, engine off, flash the high beams 5 times, step on the brake 3 times. You should see the battery light on the dash flash 3 times...that indicates it reset.
To reset the state of charge, just leave the truck off and left alone for 8 hrs...as stated in the owner's manual.

It took me two tries to get the BMS reset.
I may have ended up stepping on the brake 5 times also....
Either way, it's all good to go now.
Try to make sure the battery is fully charged when you start.
Use an AGM battery charger if needed.

In my part of the country, SE Texas, the Walmart Everlast battery is made by East Penn and manufactured in Germany.
