92 Accelerate slowly
I have 1992 E-150 and tell me is there a vacuum hose or line that connects to the accelerate pedal cause when I push to start moving the van its seem stiff like I hear vacuum holding it back, you cannot just push the petal to the floor quickly or easy. So I push it in slowly and it finally start to move, it just seems it should move easier than this. f1butcher

Your automatic transmission or clutch (if it's a manual trans) is slipping it sounds like
There is no vacuum line going to the accelerator pedal
Any vacuum noise you are hearing must be just from the engine
You could do a few static intake manifold smoke tests and see if your intake or anything else is leaking vacuum
