Alternator issue

A few weeks back my alternator failed, leaving me stranded. I brought it to auto parts store to match for a replacement. Installed new alternator. Truck starts and runs ok, but I have a few issues:
1. the battery light in the dash will come on for about 20 seconds, then go out. It does it randomly once or twice a day, no rhyme or reason.
2. the headlights will brighten and dim repeatedly, especially when under a load, like heater on. Blower will surge up and down as well.
3. also since replacing alternator, my heated/cooled seats won't come on and the airbag lights stay on.
They sold me a 150amp alternator, output is 14.4 volts. Sometimes it will put that out, but other rimes it puts out 13 to13.9 volts.
I called the parts house at the dealership and per my VIN #, it calls for a 155 amp alternator.
My question is could that small difference in amp rating cause these issues?
Thx

Aftermarket alternators just can't seem to get it right with these smart alternators. Send it back and get a genuine Ford/Motorcraft unit.
