So I have a 6.7 that has a black cloud over it so I bought the truck with 30k on the clock it came with a check engine light which at 1st I thought was due to tuning or the tires later on I found that it was a crankshaft position sensor so I replaced the sensor and the cam shaft sensor did the relearn with fordscan still had the light so I replaced both harness still had the light on did more research my truck jumped timing then had a rat or somthing chewed a hole in my turbo boot sending a large chunk or rubber into the turbo may it RIP so I installed a stage 3 kc whistler turbo on it with new hot and cold side piping disaster relief kit new fuel pump new tuning 200+hp sotf trans tune and did a enternal catch can which is absolutely a waist of money dont do it..... my truck is fully deleted if you can't tell by now kept up with all my maintenance my truck has always dripped oil from the crank case breather but now it smokes alot more than it ever did and engine performance is down hill my truck now has blow by like a **** I hooked up my fordscan looked at the injector timing and cylinder 7 is dumping way more fuel than all the other sooooooo im assuming I have a washed cylinder I am not a license mechanic I've wrenched my entire life and at one time had an A & P license so im not a complete dumb *** just a partial one can any one tell me am I better off replacing the motor or resleeving that cylinder and that's a big hell no job for me don't wanna do this pain in the *** job and has any one had this kinda luck with there 17
